Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
For faster delivery, please have your order shipped to a physical street address.
Standard, 2-Day, and Overnight orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Orders placed for 2-Day or Overnight delivery must be received by 12:00 pm (noon) Central Time in order to be shipped the same day. Saturdays and Sundays are not standard delivery days for 2-Day and Overnight shipments. Example- If you place your order on Friday before 12pm (noon) CST via Overnight delivery, it will be delivered on Monday. Saturday express delivery IS an OPTION in some areas, but please call us to get a quote if you require your order to be delivered on a Saturday. Delivery can be as fast as tomorrow or up to 7 business days depending on the option you choose.
Orders shipped via Super Shipper or to PO Boxes or Military Addresses will be shipped via US Mail - up to 14 business days.
Free Shipping Promotion
Orders with the free shipping promotion chosen will be shipped via USPS or UPS whichever is the most cost-effective.
Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed a UPS or USPS tracking number (add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email contacts to ensure that you receive this email) and you may track the package's progress at www.UPS.com or www.usps.com.
SensualsAdultStore.com orders are shipped in plain envelopes and boxes with only our address (and yours) on the mailing label.
We want you to get your order as quickly as possible. However, If you use a discount coupon in conjuction with our free shipping promotions or your order contains large items that are unusually expensive to ship, Sensuals reserves the right to ship in the most cost effective manner and it may take slightly longer to arrive. Examples of this are love dolls, bulk orders, sex machines and furniture.
We strive to ship all orders received before 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on the same day. Back orders are shipped per your instructions. All orders are shipped from our parent company F.O.B. Broomfield, Colorado. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS unless other arrangements are requested. The customer is responsible for all freight charges, insurance, and handling charges.

Please fully inspect your order immediately after delivery. Keep all packaging until you have completed your inspection. If your item is defective upon receipt, we will happily exchange your unopened item, just give us a call at 516-972-2452 or email our customer service department at email@example.com to make us aware of the situation.
****From October 1st to November 30th, we will not accept returns of costumes. Exchanges of new, unworn costumes can be made for the same costume in a different size. Please contact customer service for assistance in exchanging your costume for a different size.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to exchange or return the item(s) provided the item(s) have been unopened, unused, unworn, unwashed, with all of the manufacturer's packaging and tagging still on the product. Items that are returned in an opened or used condition will be destroyed and no credit will be issued.
* note: The exchange process could take up to 2 weeks, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs of exchange.
All products returned, following the guidelines above, are eligible for a refund. We will credit the total purchase price, less any shipping fees. The customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs. All returns will be completely inspected prior to issuing any credit.
All return shipments require authorization and must be returned within 10 days. Please contact us for returns approval and instructions. Items recieved without prior authorization will be destroyed and no credit will be issued.
Returns/exchanges will be processed within 30 business days.
